How can I pack on muscle mass / weight in my butt?
5'6 "187 lbs - Men have lost 20 pounds in 2 months now through a clean diet and lots of Bikram yoga. I want to add more exercise so I can add some variety to my physical activity. As we lose weight, I'm realizing that the area just above my buttocks is indefinite and limp which in turn makes my butt look flat. The weight is evenly all over my body, yes, I know you can not reduce the land (which is not what I'm asking). Time to tone up and bend my lower back and buttocks so that when I reach my ideal weight I'm sexy as hell there. It just hit my squats harder? Sprint is good?
Oh yes it's amazing sprint. Have they watched a sprinters body against a marathon runner? Sprinters of winnn. (Look up "high intensity interval training" or "HIIT" .. to do for 20 mns in the morning) I started it in the morning ... But lifting the hip will be good for the buttocks and lower back .. in which it seems be "hump the air." For better effect, put a stability ball against the wall, and put your feet up over the ball. This is a more range of motion. There are plenty of exercises you can do for your butt and thighs, I suggest a simple Google search for "exercises buttocks and thighs.
