I need a short-term diet to help lose weight fast?

I would like suggestions for a not too extreme or difficult diet short time to help me lose about half a stone (7 pounds) in three to four weeks. I know the right way to lose weight in a healthy way is to do more exercise and reduce intake of calories by eating more healthy, that I am, and continue to do, but I am losing weight much slower than I would have considered an event who wants to lose weight in the near future. so any idea of effective methods of rapid weight loss, in addition to tips on losing / keeping down long-term weight will be much appreciated =] thanks x YOUUU

So you could do the diet of cabbage soup. I once or twice a year and always work. Usually you lose 10 pounds in a week and weigh only 110 to begin with so if you weigh more than you can lose more. It's amazing because you can eat as much of the soup as you like, helps ensure that every day for different foods to eat (for example, one day all the fruit, the next day, all plants). Just Google and find many pages dedicated to diet. Again, only takes a week, so it's a crash diet, and is easy to put on weight new.
