How can a thirteen-year old with a lack of motivation to learn depression, lose weight?

Hello, I'm thirteen years old with a weight 146 lbs and I am 5 feet 4 inches tall. I suffered from depression for the last two SWOT year and the diagnosis of epilepsy and placed on a maintenance medication. I gained over 30 pounds in the last two years and it really bothers me. I tried loss of weight before, but I just cannot seem continiue with a program. It seems that too much work and it takes too long. I really need something that will help me because I do not want to have a single pound more. I worry about how I look too much to turn into a skinny kid with no friends (depsite the because I dont have already). Please help me here people. I need your help.
