Hello my name is Debbie im 19 live in Frankston, Victoria, Australia and I am over weight i weigh 130 + kg and about 183cm tall am I have TrID many different ways, but I have no sucsess i cannot effored gym. slimfast surviving is not a good idea falvourings all its trash and artificial chemical products.The idea when weight loss is to eat smaller portions of what usualyl do, and eat healthy. Healthy does not mean fat-free and healthy does not mean tasteless. There are many healthy goodies out there. What you do is try to avoid: soft drinks, dairy products and sweets and fattening junk food of course well known, avoiding means to avoid, so you can have a fair bit aslong as its not much or often. Drinking tea is a good alternative to drink soft drinks or you can just drink water. Also try to eat less meat than usual. try eating lots of bread. mayonnaise and of course this matter. excersizing get, this is not means that you have to go to the gym. the gym is really the most boring thing you could choose to do to lose weight. join a sports team, or take walks in nature or in the parks. try to do this for four hours a week atleast. (Get the tip of a dog, the strength thatll walk the dog every day atleast) Good luck. oh and ps, weight loss is never quick, it takes time, and it should be. their best to lose weight in the next two years and stay on your weight, than the drop of 20 kilos before summer and have to go back for the winter. its not a diet to lose weight, his teaching yourself a healthier lifestyle.
