How good is this plan of exercise to lose weight?
I'm doing this exercise plan for losing weight. I'm about 5'9 "and weighs 200 pounds. 4-5 times a week I will walk and run for about 30-35 minutes in the morning. I drink only water and a little milk at a time and avoid high-fat / Sugar / high calorie foods unless a special occasion or something and even then it takes time. I also do some squats / push ups every day and lift weights, but not enough that it will add tons of pounds in muscle. Is this a good plan and how you think you could lose weight every month?
