Meridia Weight Loss
Is it okay to take meridia with bupropion (wellbutrion). Are they harmful if taken togther?
I'm Wellbutrion, and yet I took Meridia. I miss the fact I had with Meridia, I do not get with Wellbutrion. I want to take them all. I do not take these drugs for the same reasons. I took Meridia for weight loss and do not take Wellbutrion for depression. Would like to know if taking two of them would be okay.
The use of MERIDIA in combination with other CNS active drugs, particularly the serotonergic agents, has not been systematically evaluated. Therefore, caution is advised if concomitant administration of MERIDIA with other centrally acting agents is indicated as bupropion is seratonergic not a drug, but it has been shown to indirectly enhance the discharge of serotonergic neurons via the activation flow norepinephrine downstream. seems confused .. ask ur doc ......
