What is the best program to lose weight at home?
I want the food delivered to my door. I want to be a reasonable price. I want to be delicious. I do not want to face meetings or talking to people.
I Weight Watchers. It is delivered to your door, but you can buy boxed meals. I eat fiber bar for breakfast, lunch box for lunch and dinner. Snacks-I eat the package of 100 calorie snacks ... are only 1 point. And you can add to any salad or green vegetables at every meal and not cost you any points. I bought the book watcher weight off eBay and it's wonderful. I lost 12 pounds the first month and never hungry. Good luck .... oh .... and I go to any meeting.
